This paper describes the two systems developed by team ACSS-PSL for two tasks at the 10th Social Media Mining for Health (#SMM4H) and Health Real-World Data (HeaRD) Shared Tasks 2025. We participated in Task 1, the binary classification of social media posts containing Adverse Drug Events (ADEs) across German, French, Russian, and English, and Task 6, the binary classification of Reddit posts mentioning Shingles vaccine adverse events or failures. For Task 1, we fine-tuned an XLM-RoBERTa-Large model on multilingual data with class weighting, achieving an overall F1-score of 0.633 on the blind test set. For Task 6, we used a DeBERTa-V3-Base model trained using 5-fold cross-validation with weighted loss, achieving an F1-score of 0.951 in the blind test set.
